Privacy Policy

We collect three types of information:

• Email address — so we can deliver your report and communicate about your purchase.
• Financial inputs — the answers you provide in the calculator (income, property details, filing status, etc.) used solely to generate your report.
• IP address — collected automatically for fraud prevention only.

Your data is used for one purpose: to generate and deliver your personalized tax strategy report. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.

Your data is stored in Supabase and encrypted at rest. We retain your data for 90 days after your report is delivered, then permanently delete it. This gives you time to re-download your report if needed, without keeping your information longer than necessary.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate Unlevered. Each is used for a specific, limited purpose:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information directly; we never see or store your card details.
• Resend — email delivery for sending your report.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

We do not use ad networks, analytics trackers, or data brokers. We do not sell or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The only cookies used are essential session management cookies required for the product to function.

You may request deletion of all data associated with your email address at any time by contacting support@getunlevered.com. We will confirm deletion within 10 business days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what data we collect and the right to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

Unlevered is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will delete the associated data.

We may update this privacy policy when our practices change or when required by law. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
