Freed-up cash from a study is how a lot of hosts add the wellness features guests search for first. A few of these carry a whole listing.

The wellness upgrade of the moment, and a repeat-booking draw.

Warm wood, real stone, good fixtures. Reads like a boutique hotel.

Good light is what makes the bathroom photos work.

A note on the tax

A built-in hot tub or sauna can be new depreciable basis. A plug-in unit or a small fixture is often small enough to expense instead. Which is which depends on the install.
